At the end of the winter SnowTrex made up a balance and found out about the travellers’ most popular ski resorts. In the winter of 2013/2014, most customers were drawn to Chamrousse.
SnowTrex took stock of the customers’ bookings within the 2013/2014 winter season. At the end of the season we looked into our international customers’ most popular destinations – or better to say: the most frequently booked ski resorts. The result: the ski nation France is gaining ground, occupying as many as 8 positions in the SnowTrex Top 10 most booked destinations. Chamrousse is coming in first with altogether 8,023 guests.
French holiday destinations can also be found on places 2 to 6: Valmeinier gets second place with 4,137 guests, Valfréjus comes in third with 4,105 guests. Completing the Top 10 are Saint Sorlin (3,743 guests), SuperDévoluy (3,735), La Joue du Loup (2,453), Mayrhofen in the Zillertal (2,369), Val d’Allos (2,262), Kaltenbach in the Zillertal (1,921) as well as Val Cenis (1,916 guests). The result is not much of a surprise. After all, with prices starting from £86 for one week of ski holidays including lift pass, Chamrousse is the sensational SnowTrex offer as such. Amongst SnowTrex customers also the other French ski resorts are known for their good price level.
Many of these favourites are already bookable for the coming season. So what are you waiting for?
